I do not recommend purchasing anything from AuthenTeak. They bury hidden costs that are outrageous into their return policy even for something unopened and on top of that things could take months to ship with no status change or update.

I ordered a three-seater and a lounge chair in September of 2021. As of October 2022 I still have not received the items. Every month I get an email saying the shipment is delayed until the next month. It would be one thing if they delayed the shipment once (or even twice) but actually hit their revised dates. I can only conclude they have no idea when the item will ship and keep telling me it will be the next month over and over. I cannot recommend this company. Consider yourself warned if you order from them.

I highly recommend working with Jeff at Authenteak! He is very easy to work with and so knowledgeable about the manufacturers and caring for the teak furniture. He even sketched a floor plan for how the furniture would fit and could be arranged. We learned so much and our furniture is beautiful on our new screened porch.

I am a regular person, not a design professional, who ventured to AuthenTeak in search of a particular item, which I found and purchased from them. The salesman was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The item was drop-shipped to me from the manufacturer. It required assembly. The manufacture of the item was defective, and we were unable to get the matter resolved directly with the manufacturer. So I e-mailed AuthenTeak about it. Bear in mind this was one item, and not a really expensive one. They treated me as if my patronage and my purchase were just as important to them as those of a big designer. I was treated very courteously and received very generous offers of assistance. This is the best customer service I have encountered in many a day. So if you are just a regular shopper interested in quality outdoor furniture, I highly recommend AuthenTeak. You are welcome there, your business is appreciated, and you will be treated extremely well.
