We were referred to Ms. Mendez by a relative who had just completed a dressing/sitting room project. The design was not like anything you'd see in a magazine or brochure. It stood out with custom features and the little touches that differentiated it from anything we'd ever seen. When she first came to our home we conveyed the primary requirement for functional office space. Ms. Mendez then presented multiple options that met the requirement while also maintaining a beautiful aesthetic that blended magnificently with the other rooms in our home. She was masterful at taking the initial room measurements and completing the first floor plan design drawings. When we finally decided on the design plan, Ms. Mendez helped us with a few unique requirements to accommodate office equipment (size), material, color and finish. After we ordered the final design Ms. Mendez was our liaison with Closet Factory engineering, administration and installation. The "handoff" from design to engineering and installation teams was flawless and the outcome was perfect. We were so impressed with Ms. Mendez personally and professionally, that we asked her to design a guest space in our home and contracted with Closet Factory even before our office installation had begun. I highly recommend Ms. Mendez for any interior design project you are considering.

Amy Mendez is as perfect as you can get as an all around interior designer . Amy designs with an eye for impeccable style but does not compromise on practicality . She combines both form and function along with elegance in her projects . Amy was extremely supportive and highly professional throughout the design and Installation process. We were very fortunate to have designer Amy Mendez from Closet Factory work with us to create the perfect vanity for our Master Bath/Bedroom renovation. It is obvious that Amy has a deep passion for her work, a great deal of experience, and a flair for upscale design. She is friendly, down-to-earth, and fun to work with. Amy listened carefully to the ideas we brought to her (inspired by two projects we found on Houzz) and stepped in as a true collaborator to guide us to the best way to make the most of our space and offer suggestions to get the look and functionality that we wanted. Amy created a wonderful CAD drawing of our vanity then fine-tuned it while meeting with us. Her patience and determination to cover even the smallest of details is very impressive. She explained that because every project by Closet Factory is a custom design backed by the in-house engineering department and on-site manufacturing, we were not confined to the usual size restrictions in the construction industry. That flexibility made all the difference. We also very much appreciated that all of the designers, engineers, crafters, and installers are employed by Closet Factory with no work being subbed to other companies. Communication, scheduling and professionalism were all first rate. This was our first experience with Closet Factory and from the elegant and inviting show room, through design and installation everything felt like white glove treatment in a family business atmosphere. We highly recommend Amy Mendez and Closet Factory for your dream project. We are already dreaming about what Amy can to do help us bring style and order to our garage. I saw an ad for Closet Factory saying that they did more than just closets. We needed a new entertainment center so I called for an appointment. The office was polite and professional, and set up an appointment for a designer, Amy Mendez, to come to our home. Amy arrived on time, with a smile, and listened carefully to what we wanted. She took pictures and measurements and set up an appointment at the amazing Closet Factory in Deerfield. We arrived at their building and were pleasantly surprised at the size and scope of the facility. We met with Amy in one of the several conference rooms where she had sketches with ideas for our home and, best of all, it was on a computer monitor so we could see and make any modifications and/or changes we wanted. Just like HGTV! We agreed on the design, gave a deposit, scheduled someone to do final measurements and had an install date. Our unit was installed and looked exactly like our printout. Amy followed up with us about any questions and concerns. In fact, we were so happy with her as a person and designer we are using her talents for our next projects. Excellent service! Our built in desk is exactly as described by Amy, we are thrilled. We had a slight problem with one of the lights, we called, and the next day it was resolved. This company is a pleasure to work with!
