From the very beginning we were impressed with Alecs responsiveness, but as the project continued we begin to worry on his ability to deliver on his word and quote. When the time came to install it was one thing after another.. first it was that part of his "crew" that called in sick and was not able to make it so he was not able to finish and had to reschedule for another day, then it was his "supplier" that no longer carried the plants, which he suggested and used an alternative that really made the project look like an disaster.. when we called him back he said he would come back to replant.. have not heard back after attempting to reach him phone and email. Save yourself the money and headache hire a real professional
