I had purchased (3) Pell Low Clearance Doors through LOWES. Upon reciept I began installation when I came across conflict with the door closing and the fit up to low clearance in my garage. I call the Manufacture and they had Tom at Ace Overhead Doors came out. Tom established that the wrong material was sent to me. Tom called the manufacture and resolved the issues with the manufacture. The two days later day I had new parts and have since completed the doors Thanks to Ace Overhead Doors. Thank you

We recently moved to Old Saybrook and didn't know any local businesses in the area. I looked in the phone book and made some call to get quotes to get new garage door. I spoke with Tom at Ace, we made an appointment to meet and get a quote. He was very professional, and had the product books with him to show us different options. He explained the product in detail so we understood the materials, durability and warrantees. Ace was in the middle of 4 quotes with the better door. We later called him to go ahead and order the doors. He called when they came in and scheduled to have them installed that week. We were extremely pleased with how quickly he installed the doors, took all old materials with him and left us with beautiful new garage doors. I would highly recommend Ace to anyone. Thank you Tom.

Tom, of Ace Overhead Doors, figured out how to modify the design of his company's line of garage doors to produce the specific look I wanted. He also gave me all the samples I asked for prior to making my final decision. After he installed the doors (and door opening mechanisms, remotes etc) they were all that I had hoped for. I couldn't have worked with a more friendly and accommodating person.

Really superior service! Fast, knowlegable and very reasonably priced. The owner, Tom Ljubicic, assessed my old garage door openers, which weren't working (for years) and was able to assess the issues and repair one and replace the other all in one afternoon visit (less than two hours). I am almost looking forward to winter, so I can buzz my doors open and pop into my nice, dry garage without getting out of the car in the snow and sleet.
