The plywood material of the chair began separating within the first month. MHD customer service was slow to respond. For months they kept telling me a replacement was on the way and then it was delayed but will be here by this date. Around and around for months and months. They have stopped responding to my email inquiries and when I call they keep telling me I need to deal with customer service via email. I feel like I have been ripped off, repeatedly lied to and now they just want me to go away because they have no intention of doing anything about the damaged chair.

After I communicated via email with the guys from customer service I thought the shipping would take a little longer, I wasn't sure if I was being understood at first but a phone call did clear a lot of things. I purchased a very beautiful Tulip Table, and sorry to the seller for not including pictures (I usually get my grandson to help with that). The packaging came in great condition and the process of choosing the table was good, I had no issues except for the fact that they initially offered a product that wasn't in stock. That got corrected quickly. Recommended.

I ordered a Womb Chair from this company which was listed as "in stock". I heard nothing from this company for 10 days despite calling, emailing and online chatting numerous times. Getting in contact with someone at the company is impossible. They do not return emails and they have no customer service number. I finally got in touch with someone in their sales department who admitted that the item was probably out of stock and told me I could not speak with anyone in customer service. He did give me a customer service email. When customer service emailed me back they offered no apologies, just an arrogant "you'll get it in 6 weeks and you'll love it when you have it". I told them I wanted to cancel the order but heard nothing back. Beware, this companies cancellation policies and return polices are byzantine and opaque. I now have to take this to my credit card company since I cannot get a straight answer from this company about whether my order is cancelled.

Very positive experience overall. I wanted to revamp my living room without spending a fortune nor replacing all my furniture. We ended up adding a new dining table, some cool, modern chairs and placing their Eames Lounge Chair reproduction almost in the center of the room. It really adds personality to the whole environment. Customer support was fantastic and the prices are competitive. Thanks!

Having recently bought the an Eames Lounge Chair from Manhattan Home Design, I can assure you that it will fit in any room! I am so glad I bought this! Having set them next to our already existing leather sofa, I love how these two compliment each other in the room. Apart from just the product, I have to mention that these guys ar Manhattan Home Design are quite the lot! Firstly, they shipped stuff to me within the time frame mentioned. How cool is that? :smile: Secondly, it came to my door, packed in the best manner possible. Not a scratch on the product. I was really worried about the shipment part! I genuinely feel these guys should teach something to the other furniture stores. A free clock with every purchase - so impressed! Lastly, I haven't stopped receiving compliments for the Eames Lounge Chair Replica. Not only does it just make my home look awesome, but also makes me feel awesome!

Shortly after moving into my new house, I decided to buy Eames lounge chair. I had looked for this chair for ages and had found several sellers. I finally decided to take the plunge and purchase it from Manhattan home Design. The site lists everything about most of their furniture, including the Eames lounge chair replica down to the nitty gritty. Every detail about this chair, what it is made of, what it feels like, how it moves, etc is on the product page. That was the first good sign, that the company isn’t hiding anything and that they’re putting forth the positives, which is in most of the details. The seller Manhattan Home Design was especially good; they kept in touch with us through emails during the entire shipping process. Packaged well, and very easy to assemble. I really love our new chair from Manhattan Home Design. It looks great in our apartment and the leather feels high quality. If you want a "lazy boy" cushy chair then you know where to go! I would highly recommend this chair!

I bought a marble tulip table. It looked kind of small, but I’m glad I bought it. It looks just like what is used in the Mad Men series. It’s an uber shiny table, which shows how valuable it is. When I ordered it with Robert, he was really kind and accommodating to my needs. He took his time with me, since naturally I had several questions—I always do when buying replica furniture. Apparently, this tulip table is in their showroom and though I don’t live in New York and am not planning to go there, it’s a heads-up for those interested in giving this table a firsthand look or feel. Did I mention the free clock? At the time I ordered it, Robert mentioned a free clock with my purchase, so that was pretty rad too, not everyday someone offers you a $300 clock for free. The Fedex guy was so nice; I’m glad mhd uses fedex as a shipping service. I hear they are one of the best and they surely didn’t disappoint. As soon as I opened up the boxes, I knew I would love the chairs and I did—love at first sight, furniture edition Besides my boyfriend, my parents are also impressed by my tulip table; I’ve never had much style or interior design sense, so the table really did the trick. I’m satisfied with mhd and will definitely recommend it to my friends and folks,

I know I found THE Eames lounge chair replica when I stumbled across it in a web search at mhd. Why? The site lists everything about most of their furniture, including the Eames lounge chair replica down to the nitty gritty. Every detail about this chair, what it is made of, what it feels like, how it moves, etc is on the product page. That was the first good sign, that the company isn’t hiding anything and that they’re putting forth the positives, which is in most of the details. The page also lets you zoom in to see exactly what you’re getting, a very helpful feature that I don’t see in other sites. I also enjoyed playing with the 360 view tool. It was as if I was walking around it. Anyway, I loved the chair but sadly I live overseas and found out that mhd does nationwide delivery only. I had a hard time grasping this, since I’m sure others in different countries find mhd online, especially when in search of the Eames lounge chair. The sales representative on the phone seemed caring and accommodating, she said she would find a service that helps people ship things internationally. After a friendly phone call, she contacted me within an hour over email, with news of the service she found that can ship to my Scotland home. This was super convenient for me since I temporarily stay in Jersey City, so I would have my Eames lounge chair shipping with the 3rd party shipping service from there. I strongly suggest my fellow US residents or those in any country outside the NY ask mhd about setting up this service. I paid a tiny bit over white glove service for this shopping at slightly over $300. The chair arrived in two weeks and I am a happy camper.
