Bathrooms
I love the warm and cozy feeling from the lights and wall color. I have a vanity area between our two sinks but it just ends up being cluttered with stuff. I would rather have a cabinet in the middle or a cabinet on each side might be a better idea. That way my wonderful and very much loved husband wouldn't be able to root around and mess up my stuff - he doesn't do it on purpose, he just gets very focused on what he's looking for. I've tried different systems, even labeling cabinets, shelves, and drawers, but (and I say this with love) it doesn't work for long and it soon gets to be easier to just straighten it out than to gently remind him and endure his indignant anger and the ensuing list of everything I've done wrong (sometimes going back years - what a memory that guy has!) even if it was just one time and I've never done it since. LOL! In his defense he does a lot for me so I'll straighten out (quietly) any cabinet he roots around in (but a cabinet on each side would still be nice :-) !!!).
I like the glass doors for the shower-tub, the trough sink, the table the sink is on with the storage drawers/cabinet separated from the sink and set back from the edge of the table so if water drips/flows off, the water won't hit the storage drawers/cabinet and damage it quickly. I also like the faucet and handles on the wall - easier to clean I would think. I like the glass jars with the role handle - nice beachy touch. I like the muted colors so you can accessorize with pops of beachy types of color but I might also like to have the walls and tile and floor to be beachy colors. Probably would be easier to accessorize with beachy pops of color so I could change the colors of I want.
I like the water saving function as my husband and I learned when we TV's for 18 years to not let the water run continuously while we are brushing our teeth, washing/rinsing dishes, etc. But it sure is odd looking, but I could get used to it!
I like the wallpaper but maybe on just one wall. It's a bit overwhelming and busy on all the walls. But that's just me.
Beautiful and simple.
Like it all.
Love it all!
Love the colors - lite blue and white. Not sure about the wallpaper but I could get used to it. This bathroom looks very light and cheerful and has lots of storage.
Really like the simple and very functional design and the blue and white colors.
Like the lite blue paint color on the wall above the tub and the multi color tile backsplash above that. Don't like the cabinets over the tub - it could be awkward and inconvenient - unless you are tall with long arms, have a good back for leaning over and/or great balance for stepping in and out of the tub with your hands full (all of which I don't have!).
Love the floating sink and toilet. So much easier to clean!
Not sure I would want a tub and a shower, just a shower would do. If I had a tub it would need to be a walk in tub with a seat and jets would be cool!
Like the floating vanity and toilet. Would change the sink to more of a trough instead of bowl and the towel bars would wider to spread the towels out to dry quicker.
Like the colors in the shower. Is there only glass on one side? Not sure if I like that. Hmmmm....
Simple, pleasant, light and airy, love the light blue and white, coastal, beachy, uncluttered.
Like all of it except the vanity lights - would have to see them lit up.
I like the large farm(?) sink in this bathroom.
This is about the same configuration of my small bathroom which needs an update and I like this as an update. But I would need some sort of upper cabinet or medicine cabinet to store my smaller and/or frequently used items.
Like the seat and grab bar in the shower plus the grab bar by the sink. The older I get the more I need and happily welcome safety aids!
Like the strips of shiny colored tile in shower! Great idea and keeps the design simple and adds a little zing(?) to an all-the-same-color bathroom.
Simple and cute.
Like cabinet between sinks.
Like this photo, put white/grey sides in master bath shower with a white grey(pebble look floor).
Love the pull out shelving unit. So convenient and easy to put things away when you are done. Great idea!
Another pic of lovely green tile with white vanity but I'd change the floor tile..
Love that green tile with the white vanity and toilet
I would love to have a trough sink in my bathroom. It catches more of the splashes!
The double wood vanities, the basket like ceiling lamp shade and all the light.
Like the double sink although I would want the sinks to be more trough like and I would want some sort of a cover over the open cabinet to keep dust out and personal shampoos, soaps, lotions, etc. out of site.
Love the blue shower with the built in white shelving nooks to stash your shower stuff in. I would prefer a smooth surface and not told - it all comes down to ease of cleaning since I or my husband do the cleaning. Age and the accompanying increase of aches, pains, with the decrease of coordination and energy kinda require ease of cleaning and housework. Plus I have had all the features and decor in my various houses and yards (I have moved 8-9 times in my life-all for good reasons) that I have ever wanted - within my income level of course. Now I only want and need simplicity and ease of tending to my stuff.
This is what I need in my master bath - mirrored medicine cabinets separated by shelves. Right now I have one huge half circular mirror spanning across a long counter with his and her sinks at opposite ends.
Love wood shelving and towel bar.
Wood shelving always works.
Gives a coastal cottage feel to it and the towel bar is a bonus.
Nice cabinet for the bathroom.Smooth surfaces make it easy to clean.
Love the color scheme and all the storage and light. So cheerful!
Love the colors although I'm not a fan of grey but I can almost fool myself into thinking it is silver which I love
Pretty, relaxing, and love the shelving
Marble design connects it all, very calming and beautiful.
That shower so roomy! Love it!
