Eating Area
All of these have minimal barrier between the kitchen and eating area.
F) The combination Island/Bench seat seems useful for children, or when entertaining.
G) Acts as a good summary of all of the things we like (and man, if we could redo the windows in our place…)
H) Is close in structure to our unit, and if we can remove enough of the walls to accomplish something like this, it’d be great.
We’re still torn on chandeliers. I’m tall, and my experience with them is “Thing I hit my head in when I’m around a table.” so I’ll obviously need some convincing. Honestly, we use our kitchen table as a work area conference table as well, and with such a low ceiling, avoiding head bonks is a concern.
