Like this rail for coming downstairs. siilar traditional pitch and doesnt look bad or steep at all. I think part of the problem is that it is in the Vine Cage

This is a different way to do the floating tub with a base that matches the sink cabinetry. Shower is at the end as envisioned now.

We should discuss the pros and cons of this kind of windows and similar doors (like at braswood) vs the full framless lass panes depicted in their drawings. Would like to know the cost differences - if easier to work with exsiting frame of house and put these in vs taking down the whole wall, can consider relative to cost.
