JoAnn Paul's ideas
to be incorporated into coffee bar hopefully...a twelve bottle fridge is plenty for the white wine selection....rack for twelve to be placed in pantry cupboard when built
not liking this once enlarged
I would like these installed in a a few cabinets to hold wine glasses behind closed doors. No glass cabinet fronts...not interested in cleaning them
a tablet mount with charging station might not be a bad idea....as long as it isn't too ugly
these are actually gorgeous cabinets, but I suspect they cost a bomb and wouldn't fit my budget....but the flooring looks like the golden ash hardwood we currently have.
This isn't a bad idea, however, I'm not sure how practical it is
If I get my wall mounted microwave and oven...I love the tray cupboard above
if we go this route with a counter top grill...absolutely want the drawer below for pots.
I love this idea for knives
Yes, yes and yes
This is a great idea, given that lot's of folks use our kitchen....especially during family gatherings. Using labels
this butcher block counter top is gorgeous
nice
here's an example of the darker grey cabinetry with a stone top
colours here do not work....but the blend of the wainscotted island and more traditional cupboards for the balance of the cabinets would be something I could live with. I think I would like the pantry country cupboard to be built with the wainscotting idea as well.
I actually really like this idea for downstairs in the laundry area and storage shelves.
I'm ok with a stone counter with a wood top island, however, concerned about maintenance
love this gas stove with grill and secondary oven....not sure we could swing the space or cost??
We would like to switch to gas...an stove and oven combination with a new venting hood....if we decided to use a tile decoration I've selected a couple of Monet's I like which could determine the balance of the backs plash design. The microwave could be built in under the coffee bar.
the recessed paper towel holder is an excellent idea....less mess on the counter. I prefer to keep counter tops as clear as possible.
I actually like these lights...simple glass and edison clear bulbs
I would like the pantry and any lower level cupboards to be outfitted in this manner....slide out units so that the entire storage area is easily accessible.
Here we have a flat island with an under-mounted sink...prefer the faucet to be offset to the left side of the large sink...this works quite well at the cottage, doesn't interfere with larger dishes or pots. I would like a wine fridge (12 bottle...just a small one incorporated if possible). Four bar stools at the island a must
This is my idea regarding a wall mounted oven and microwave with the coffee bar/kettle/toaster/grinder (garage style or receding cupboard doors would work for me. Coffees and teas could be stored over top of the coffee bar
I like the idea of having a draw out spice rack for cooking at the stove. Different spices used, than with baking. Baking spices could be stored in island
again, I like this modern light
I really like this
another light I like
this would work
surprisingly, I like this
this is an interesting fixture
I do like this
this is interesting
I liked the cracked/wavy glass globes...
a tiffany that is understated.
I like the tiffany...not sure about Paul. Not necessarily so colourful
this is also nice
I like the idea of the simple glass globes with the old fashioned style edison clear bulbs
nice set of glass bowls
this is a cheap version of the idea I'm looking to incorporate into the pantry for food storage
the island might be designed without the support legs under the portion of the eating bar side....which would allow for cleaner lines (and for ease of cleaning the floor, less dust collection)...need to consult
this might be something that could be incorporated into the pantry....I want a unit build into the hallway where the current linen storage area is. It's a very large space and the cabinetry could be built to match the kitchen cabinets, perhaps designed as a large kitchen jam cupboard. I want it to store can goods, sundries, cooking supplies....with a portion allotted to store bedroom linens, paper products, cleaning supplies and broom/mop/vacuum/duster
I do want a tray storage unit...not sure if this is the answer, but something to be addressed....next to stove
we use a lot of different spices, something to this effect that efficiently stores them would be great.
should pick one of these up.
garbage disposal container unit...not that cabinet, but that idea...if the expense isn't too ridiculous I would like the containers to have lids that open when pulled out and close when hidden
I like this design for the island with the leg supports....a much larger island that incorportates a undermounted sink, probably the dishwasher and garbage/recycle, tools to bake and cook (rolling pin, knives, food prep utensils, etc.
I like the idea of building in the shelving for the shampoo and soaps...we have to take out the wall to put in a over head rain shower, shower light, fan....so this idea should be incorporated as well
