Kristy Attic
I wasn't sure if you had one but I think they are cool.
Simple, classic. 2 of these would look great in the attic
More of a boho feel
Can do something rustic in the attic if you like.
Super fun, great price too. Could go in JJ's room or any really
This style is very on trend and would really modernize the attic space.
Something like this in your "closet" if you want to add ceiling lights on the 2nd floor would be so glamorous! Obviously this one is pricey so I'd shop around.
Could use one large one in the center if you prefer that over 2.
I think lots of basic recessed can lights with 2 hanging lights or fans in the main attic space would look amazing. This one is fun and would add charm.
I like this one if you want a fan with a touch of fun with the brass color.
This type has a farmhouse feel if you want to add some of that charm. Would be closer in feel to your dining room light.
This type of fan being white with a light is simple, inexpensive and will look more modern with the white baseboards and shelving. I would use 2 in the main attic room in addition to can lights. Can put this in the 2nd floor landing as well.
This is what we have at 190 Baynes in our old unit. It works really well, is beautiful and silent when on. This color would closely match the color of your existing floors if you choose to go with that in the attic.
Fun for a kids space or a great place to read a book
Can add trim to angles in drywall if desired.
light fixture
Can add decorative beams for decor if desired
Could add chunky built in seating if desired.
Can do built in book shelves or built in cubbies in the wall near chimney.
Wall angles
Could add a step up area near south window as a stage/feature
The lights in this photo are recessed can lights. We can do this if you do not want hanging lights.
I love the idea of storage and a window seat under the Southern window in the main space
lights up top
Can add cross beams for detail if you like this look
Attic lines for drywall
modern shelving
