Fresh Meadow Bathroom
This is Carrara marble tile. Possible to get the look without using real marble? Possibly porcelain that has a marble look? This shower is 6 feet X 5 feet. The glass is treated with Euroshield, a product that can be professionally applied or you can do it yourself. It helps to keep glass easy to clean, repels water (especially good if you have hard water). The floor tiles are in a herringbone pattern, 6 in X 12 in. The shower wall tiles are 4 in X 8 in.
The tile floor. I’ve been drawn to smaller mosaic tile, particularly the hexagon designs. This floor is very different but a really nice design. I like that’s it’s placed on the diagonal and I love the small black accents. I’ve also been drawn to white subway tile for the shower but this floor wouldn’t go well with that.
The tile floor with the black border. I think this is white grout, like the shower wall subway tile has? I’m not sure if it would look as nice (less of a totally black & white look) with a gray grout. The mosaic tile is smaller than what I think I want but to have a small border like this, you’d need a smaller-size mosaic tile. I like the border idea but would it be more expensive to have installed?
Another view of this bathroom is in the next pic. I like the built-in mirrors. The bevel edge is nice but wouldn’t need that. I also like the built-in wall cabinets on either end. The wall sconces are nice. This vanity is 9 feet long. We don’t have that much room but wouldn’t need it that long. I’d like to be able to have a double vanity with room for 2 mirrors or medicine cabinets and 3 sconces.
The built-in mirrors with bevel edge. The bevel is nice but still would be nice without it. The wall sconces. The wall cabinets built in on either side. This vanity is 9 ft long. I like the tall, narrow cabinet in the corner. I read the dimensions on this tower are 4 ft 3 in tall (must mean top down to counter), 2 ft 2 in wide, 8 in deep. don’t know if we have any room for a very narrow cabinet. We have an 8-foot wall. The ceiling height is 10 feet in the middle, only 8 feet over the vanity. This countertop is limestone with an “ogre square step” edge.
The floor tile
The subway tile with the “pencil” tile accent. Also the tile inset niche. The mosaic tile shower floor.
The floor tile
The tub and the floor tile. Also the mirrors (not the style) with the sconces.

The “pencil” accent tile.
Another view of the floor tile.
The wall and floor tile.
The large mirror set into moulding. Would need to leave space for side vanity lights? Also the side inset wall cabinet with mirror.
