$1,759 on Overstock, nice look
Ove 60" Ellery $1687 on Houzz
Just an idea of what the exterior wall of the dining room could look like. If we do the screened in porch, maybe could make the remaining exterior wall all glass?
bunches of ideas on large windows, we want to maximize the view and the wow factor since already replacing the windows...
Perhaps a murphy bed in the bedroom #1 with the brick?
Having door sunken in where the stairwell is. Above can be
Cool way to separate stairs and stair well is to put in some open shelving.
Great example of overhang on door and also mixed media on exterior.
We want nicer garage doors and wall sconces to direct the eye away from the long, long garage roof.
Love mix of wood and stone and the general vibe.
Like the overhang over the door
Mixed media exterior
Playing with color and different siding treatments
raised entry from the path, overhang over the door.
Cool
Pretty good view of a glass front door and overhang, but we want to move the door forward flush with the rest shingle wall.
Exterior color with black window trim. Also use of stone
Sou sugi ban siding. Michael wants to do vertical siding so minimize rain encroachment. Here is the link to the Nakamoto Forestry website that has the siding we like. https://nakamotoforestry.com/ and the specific siding: https://nakamotoforestry.com/product-finishes/suyaki-exterior-black/
like dark exterior, use of stone, standing seam roof, pop of color with door
Idea for the lower deck to get it rainproof.
I like this idea of having a few steps down from the lower deck to the grass, so won't need railing, at least along the south side which is closer to the ground.
I like how this photo shows different treatments between the upper and lower deck, e.g. railings.
Love the vibe of this photo and not having any railings on the bottom deck
String lights
If we keep the current stairwell, I like the idea of the stairs floating within the stairwell and be lit from below.
This is a bit like option K except no tub in the shower.
Love this small builtin for shoes! (no heels in Maine!)
Another view of hallway closet, Option K, currently not really going for this idea of a hallway closet, but could revisit.
Alternate option with a waltk-through closet (enlarge current hallway to Michael's office) with a small room at the end with mirror, bench/chair to get dressed in. Currently this idea is on the back burner.
LIke the concept but with lighter colors
better view of the hanging vanity, but don't want to mess with spigots from the walls...
Love this foyer, maybe take the idea of looking from the front door to opening of the family room door?
Different than our current house, but loved the light, the simplicity of the railing and the furniture.
Cool idea for two beds in a single room.
MIght be a good way to add a bit of storage in the bedrooms.
Nice, simple, I want a single counter across the top, with a sink and washer/dryer underneath.
We want to expose the bottom of the stairs after we move the front door forward. I like the side view of these stairs.
Glass front, mixed material
