Ideas for New Home
Breezeway to garage
Breezeway to "Workshop"
Color of stone and exterior
long eaves, idea of a built-in eating area near kitchen if a little space allows.
Love the idea of the windows in the kitchen and a big island
Laundry Room - I want cabinets with a counter over W/D, standard height. Kitchen sink, not a wash tub.
closet for Master BR - but too elaborate and expensive I'm sure.
Idea of large stones surrounding the raised patio. Or do stacked stone (neater look). We like centrally located steps rather than steps all the way as many do. Can plant flowers along it.
Would be great to have a pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen. Or build one off patio.
outdoor kitchen/grill area. Not too big.
Solar use, tight house. I'd rather not see the panels this much. Roof not so steep?
Bunkbeds - save room, but don't need stairs in-between. Perhaps a ladder on each bunk. Build-in or buy for flexibility with the room.
warm, inviting approach. Nice to have the room for guests to park and maneuver.
folding doors out to the Portico. Great way to be "outside". Screened porch necessary where this opening is (Great room/dining area)
use of built-in bench seats with storage drawers would be good a few places (great room?)
Outdoor patio, kitchen, fireplace
Bunk beds - save room. 4 grandchildren at once. Love the individual lite alcoves to put their things.
Outdoor kitchen
What is the color of this metal roof?
