Cabinet faces
Black and wood
An alternate sink, very similar, although this one comes with the cabinet.
Open shelves in front of window.
Field of accent tiles in large-scale white tiles.
The best hanging shelves!
Finish soffit with cabinetry. Gold toe-kick and range hood are cool.
Is the ceiling detailing too much for our purposes? Gilded cove. Love the detail on the cabinetry both upper and lower. Light fixture.
Diagonal corner lines can make the ceiling look dimensional
Tall cabinets feature gorgeous contrasting faces.
It’s nice when we can call back to mid-century/art moderne shapes.
Leafed ceiling (!)
Defining zones with ceiling paint
I like the contrasting horizontal lines flowing through the cabinetry.
Faucet combines brass and black.

I’m tired of floating vanities. Here’s an alternative to legs — vanity doesn’t actually float.
Open and closed storage above wall-mounted toilet.
My absolute favorite sink! I can’t remember the brand. Would love this for one or both secondary baths.
Black, with drainboard. Can you make this undermount?
New parquetry is a possibility — keeping with the building. Love the arched entry and the wallpaper.
Fluted walls — another interesting possible finish for interior walls (front hallway)
HVAC: more attractive cabinet with metal fretwork
Smoked acrylic and brass pull
Cable shelves very mid-century influenced. Also love tile for accent wall.
Do we want the ability to close off an area?
Heater fretwork
Chandelier
Love the wall finish
Very cool chandelier lights
❤️ Framed opening, floor color, wall treatment.
Large scale square tiles, black metal accents!
Glorious brass accented tile
LED lighting on the ceiling adds interests, soffits define areas. This light is too cool. Would prefer automatically adjustable warmth LED lighting like Philips Hue.
Large format porcelain tile in shower and probably bathroom floors, to minimize grout lines for cleaning.
Gold and black inspiration. Love the Sputnik lights.
Minimalist moldings. Sometimes I just love a flush inset cabinet door.
Beautiful brown. We want a medium neutral brown, not too warm, not too cool. This might be a little too warm.
We love herringbone and it’s finally in style, but we don’t want it if it distracts from the overall cohesive design of the apartment.
I love the black doors with gold details and and the chandelier — which is inspiration only because it’s too big for the dining table. I like the glossy ceiling which may help with the ceiling height. Also like the antique mirroring on the building supports on the left.
Wall of built-ins with tv
Make use of the master bedroom wall zig by continuing it and framing the headboard. No downlights.
