My Project
Simple puppy shower that we like. Wouldn't want/need anything more.
Elongated crate area for laundry/mudroom would be nice for the dog if spacinig approves. Most likely it would be a narrower space.
Ideal laundry proximity to the Mudroom. Replace sink with a folding counter and/or a drop off counter
Ideal width of mudroom if doing addition. Can be even narrower if needed. Such as pic below.
Another interesting method for puppy area
Possibly a smaller area like this for mudroom if not doing addition
Interesting method to incorporate a puppy crate
Favorite mudroom idea. Focusing on transition here from garage. Looks great. Ideally larger w/ laundry. Could also keep laundry and puppy shower in garage to keep this look. Would utilize kitchen for "drop off counter" in this scenario.
Mudroom idea
Flow
Dining area transitioning to living area. Imagine the exterior door being where the windows are.
Great flow of home
Ideal transition to the outdoors
Exterior door in this photo/flow
Perfect flow to outdoor/door we would like
Good flow
Exterior door/flow

Windows
Great window
This style of cabinet
Interesting skylight. Feasible for us if placing kitchen in new livable space?
Instead of pantry. Depends on design
This style door for office, but a double pocket door
Color and style of window/door is great. The two story feature is ideal
Type of ceiling with recessed lighting we are looking for.
Cool window
Color of cabinets possible color for island? With rest of cabinets being white
We like the possibility of a different colored island to contrast against bright cabinetry.
Ceiling in this photo. Layout good as well
Good idea for trash/recycle
Ideal flow of home. Smaller footprint for us though
Minus the detailing of the end of island
Minus the chairs and detailing of the end of island
This is perfect (kitchen layout opening to living area, coffered ceiling)
The elongated dark cabinet contrasts well with the white aesthetic.
Ideal window style
We really really like this layout (smaller footprint for us; ~55x60') Our second bathroom would be ~where the laundry is in this pic. Our current hallway going to the bedrooms is centralized rather than on the side, so unsure of the ability to rework this area. Ignore the excessive amount of exterior doors, powder room, covered porch surrounding the property, and where the laundry area is. This also does not consider the garage addition. Would still prefer laundry/mudroom to be off garage. When you walk through the property would like to know the feasibility of something like this/your opinion on it.
