modern spanish
Love how the tile goes to the ceiling, darker lower with light upper. Just a lot of nice contrast. I also like the blending of old and new looks. I love how this particular window is framed out in black to make it pop. I like the symmetry of the room and the light above the sink. and the lighter floors. There is much to like, however I wish they didn't make the shelves floating. I would have liked to see the more traditional old fashioned brackets and strips. It would have made it a little bit more timeless in my opinion.
The shade of blue on these cabinets is nice. I don't like the way the teal in the middle looks. Maybe it would look good with a red stove. Not sure. It might be too much but it could also be good.......maybe with a slightly deeper blue it would look a little less like little kid primary colors with a red stove with it. ? Not sure.
Love the combination of modern and rustic. Like the lack of upper cabinets and the open feel of the room. Not sure how I feel about the dark cabinets, floors, and beams. all together. I can see it being too dark if the room is not large enough, bright enough or if the ceilngs were too low. However I appreciate how well they combined the old with the new.
I like the tile to the ceiling, I love the modern almost steam punk/industrial/modern lights and I also like how the light combines the brass and the black metal. I like how they blended the vent hood for the stove and just had the one contrast strip at the bottom. I like the old looking hardware and how they made the cabinets look as if they had been there forever. It might have been fun to have more color somewhere. Not sure where. Maybe just more contrast would be nice, maybe some color behind the stove or something. Not sure what or where. ALSO, the shelves they have in this kitchen I like BECAUSE they look old with the brackets, and hardware showing. It looks as if it could have been installed a long time ago. Anyway, overall I like it. I don't like their particular table.
I love the look of this particular long narrow table down the center of the kitchen. I really like how much personality is in this kitchen in general. The cabinets are a fun color, but maybe not the exact color I would want. It is a little to close to green. I don't like curtains in general, I don't like the detail in the arches to adjoining rooms or the light above the table. I think maybe the light could have been something more creative and the vent hood is too much for me, but otherwise I like the fun color of the cabinets and the colors that they have chosen overall. All of the surfaces look really good together and there is something pretty classic about it without being boring.
I like the the transition between rooms. I like the darker lowers contrast with the light walls.. I like most things about this kitchen. Not sure how I feel about dark counters and I think the floating shelves date the space a little but I wouldn't know what else to put on such an expansive. This oven vent is good and the wall mounted lights are great.
I like a professional stove. I don't mind the color if it works in the space. I wouldn't even mind if it was a touch brighter in color.
I like the combination of similar but different lights.....however these particular lights are not necessarily to my taste, but I don't dislike them either. I could potentially see something like this in my kitchen. I would just have to see it. I think it is the white and grey of this kitchen that I like the least. The lights are the only feature other then the bar stools that really give this kitchen any personality.
Like the front door
This is stone but could indicate what a home might look like with white painted brick
Love the gutters
Love windows that have black frames.
I like the landscaping
like this for outdoor stairs
perfect combo of tile and wood on rise and tread along with the metal stair banister. Do not like the high shine ultra luster polish on the wood. Would like a slightly more rustic look to the wood.
love the wood detail on these shelves
