Just make sure you will like the workstation sink in reality vs. the glamorous pics on websites. Go to a showroom where they are on display and see how you feel. Some people (like me) think they add a clutter of accoutrements that I don’t need. And that stuff (as you said, “cutting board, collander, washbasin,etc ,”) blocks the use of the actual sink. I like a thick cutting board on the counter, and a colander I can put away in a cabinet when I am not using it. There are also inexpensive colanders on Amazon that are placed across the sink - I don’t need to spend thousands on a sink just so it can house a colander. I don’t need any of the baskets and basins and racks that workstation sinks have. I feel that sliding them back and forth to get access to the faucet and drain is not for me. That is my style in the kitchen, and yours could be completely different. I am just advising you to make sure as this is an expensive purchase.
