Cabinet color. Greige (Pavestone by Sherwin-Williams). “The Pavestone color is [also] present in the island quartzite counter and has a green undertone, which the client loved since it was representative of the panoramic hill country views out the back windows,” Burton says. Other special features. Stonewood quartzite island countertop. Gray walls (Worldly Gray by Sherwin-Williams) and trim (Dorian Gray by Sherwin-Williams). Twelve-foot ceilings. Dark quartz perimeter countertops. European white oak flooring. “The key starting point for the kitchen was the island counter material that they fell in love with at the slab yard,” Burton says. “It’s a beautiful and rare natural material called Stonewood quartzite.
remember the storage unit along one wall of the lodge at Greenhorn. Something like this (one or two units) along one wall of the dining area to serve as bookcases, open shelving, storage for table linen and flatware, and a serving buffet for group dinners
Remember the long cabinetry in the Lodge at Greenhorn, all along one way, great for storage and useful as a buffet line. On one wall o the dining area, need 3 or 4 depending on dimensions, and not sure navy is right, but something along these lines.

Frameless Shower Doors Designer Wendy Kuhn of Karr Bick Kitchen and Bath says those choosing a new shower door should consider a frameless one. “The most common shower door type I use is frameless glass. It can fit into most bathroom layouts and gives a great, clean look,” she says. Kuhn used a frameless shower door in this recent bathroom project in St. Louis. “People want a simplified, uncluttered look,” she says. The designer notes that showers without doors are becoming more popular, but she says the result isn’t always as good as the idea. “People love the idea of doorless showers but back off once they think about the chill factor, since steam is not trapped in the space by the door.”
