For Kevin
I would like to use these diamond shakes in a few areas to make a subtle textured pattern.
I like the feel and colors of this. I like the little gable end in the breezeway and how its roof meets the other roof.
This is the front of the house.
From the outside flanked with balconies.
Maybe this in the center of the third floor, but with plain doors that go out onto a balcony. Pretty floor.
Fred likes this look. It feels like Silver Bay. Maybe in the stair well like they did looking over the mulch path into the woods.
I love this refreshing design for the north and south gable ends of the main house, but maybe not this window configuration. Or maybe just the bottom row, but make them 3 windows.
If I twist right, I see the doors to the front lawn. This would be first floor.
This would be the first floor great room looking north into the woods over the mulched path. I would be standing at the kitchen end looking past the dining area to the living room. I like the white boards on the ceiling and am considering beams on the outer 10' of the room on each end and then nothing in the center to give the illusion that it is higher in the middle over the doors that go out onto a deck or stairs to the lawn.
Mixed windows work
