New House
Like the use of stone and glass (though with a pitched roof)
I like this concept with a pitched roof (or a combo of pitched and flat and slightly nicer stone)
Like this look but with a slightly more pitched roof
Like the built in outdoor bar
Not the exact stone but like the double story patio
Cute wallpaper maybe for Jaya's room
Like the indoor outdoor to covered porch
Cool bar. Like the how the wood goes over into the ceiling
Cool idea for basement bar - display liquors and opens to wine closest (though this one is wood lined a more contemporary one would look better)
Don’t like the fans but the wood detailing is nice and the covered patio feels spacious
Like the overflow counter with the wood.
Like the stone and roof line. Entry a bit boring though
This room is a bit traditional but the color palette is appealing
Dramatic living room
Interesting light fixture
Nice cabinetry for Sachins bathroom
Interesting how they have used different covered patio areas
Like the combo of wood and white cabinets
Love the indoor outdoor
Cool cabinetry for a master bath
Inlaid wood paneling is a nice detail
Like the stone and stucco exterior. Also the incline of the roof
Like this cabinetry finish. Color may be a bit dark though
Like the light feel of the finished of this kitchen
Cabinetry
Wallpaper though might be more appropriate for an office
Door
Cool background
Light fixture
Window seat nook for kids room. Like the “alcove” concept (even though this room is a bit more traditional)
The wood planks around the pool tie in to the house nicely...however I wonder if the maintenance would be a real pain...
I really like the oversized ceiling here...
Ok this is beautiful...but my one criticism is it feels more like you're in a hotel lobby than a residence...
SO interesting! The high over-sized ceiling, walkway above looking down, skylights above...all make this beautiful
The front of this house looks so interesting. Usually I don't like the "blocky" style of many modern houses...but the use of different materials, lines of varying lengths, break things up and make it visually pleasing to look at
61 faxon stairwell. REALLY like this central stairwell where you can see all three levels at once...creates a dramatic effect
61 faxon kitchen. I like the 2nd island in the kitchen which can be used for serving food
61 axon front of house. The use of different materials - stone and wood - makes this very interesting to look at
61 faxon dining room. Oversized ceiling creates a dramatic effect...also the window up towards the top. The wood is dark, but it works because the ceiling is so high so the room doesn't feel closed
61 Faxon basement. Cool looking bar and wine cellar behind
La Jolla house covered patio
