Interesting new construction modified Craftsman. I like that the brick pillars can be seen inside and out at the support of the house. Also give a break from wood and concrete or slate.

I like the mixture of simple materials, the short wall letting light across. Built in shelving in a non fussy way

No longer have the water view. But this covered and under original roofline extension of the interior still appeals. In the trees, off the main hub, facing whatever gives us the best uninterupped view of trees, land, neighbors in the distance.

Love idea of covered outside space adjacent to living room. AND a large screened in room nearby for practical outside living. Not sure how a pool fits in here.
Koy ponds would just breed mosquitos in Florida.

Florida is too buggy for many of these very open ideas to work. However a long row of bedrooms and offices alongside a pool. And at 90 degrees to common area for privacy makes some sense.

Color blend not as good as Australian mix. Too stark. Pretty good in/out flow. Could see kids play in pool. dropped ceiling areas creating room division and intimacy.
Too open
