Greg, per our discussion. This seems v close to what we talked about. Glass-fronted wine room with adjacent "tasting room" that can obviously be used for other purposes purposes (reading etc). Half the space for wine room, half for tasting area? Would likely require the cooling through the wall but magically it is next to the mechanical room!
Hand forged iron railings, inside and on deck potentially. Potentially complement with one or two other iron pieces to offset natural surfaces such as travertine tiles/hardwood floors.
tiled risers
Arched entry and windows. decking on second floor. Open air covered courtyard.
More of a rustic, traditional travertine.
Wood floors, vaulted ceiling, views.
nice kitchen, breakfast bar & ceiling
Landscaped/hardscaped hot tub.
Fireplace in master bedroom.
Solid core doors. Handful of sliding barn doors, perhaps on second floor office and master bedroom?
Love the idea of the outdoor fire being combined with sunken hot tub.
Casual, practical, elegant.
Like the profile of the side-by-side shower and sauna. [Not commenting on actual materials]
Stone retaining walls. Like the durability and look -- and remind me of the hand built stone walls across the Cotswolds countryside in England.
Nothing wrong with dreaming :)
Fireplace
Sliding barn doors.
Fountain, tiles, greenery, tranquility.
Recessed wall for wine fridges, meaning the entire room does not need to be climate controlled.
Shaded areas, arches, stone pillars, balcony / railings.
Arched colonnade.
walls with urns/planters
