Paint the cabinets in the den a different colour from the kitchen cabinets, so they do not look like part of the kitchen? Or paint them white like the kitchen cabinets but use different handles? Put in glass fronts in all rooms. In the den make the shelves aligned like this and fill in the holes so the shelves are not adjustable, it does not look nice to see the holes with glass cabinets. Could paint the back interior wall of the cabinets, but maybe not given the blue vases etc that will be in the cabinet. It looks nice in this photo as is.
White kitchen looks good on dark wood floors. Island with wood same colour as floor.

White cabinets brighten up a dark gray tile floor in master bath
Master bath: replace big vanity with narrow floating vanity, with faucets off to the side of the sink. Love the mirrors and the white with wood trim floating cabinets.

Blue under bar with white cabinets
Blue paint on bar area, no pony wall just a single flat surface. White cabinets with nice hardware, do not have to change existing cabinets or repaint - instead just replace hardware. Blue gray wall colour. Nice tile backsplash. Nice light colour countertops. Looks good with dark wood floor which is there now.
White cabinets, countertops, blue paint on bar area, nice tile backsplash, gas range instead of separate oven and stove
Love the white kitchen and countertops and the subway tile backsplash, open shelving for the corner by the stove ( if we can gain back a few inches by decreasing the size of closet by garage), great pendant lights, feels open and bright and beach-y

Love this table and chairs for the breakfast nook, against a white built in bench on the wall, and pivot doors to exterior
Light wood table, white chairs, built in bench seating, with small cabinets on either side of bench seat, and exterior door next to bench seat, for breakfast nook. Not a good match for colours on this photo, just for cabinet ideas.
Shelf above built in bench seat. Not a good match for colours on this photo, just for cabinet ideas.
Cabinets next to built in bench seat. Not a good match for colours on this photo, just for cabinet ideas.
Nice beach-y barstools
Den: French doors. Love the look of this room, colours are great.

Barn doors in den or breakfast nook, if pivot doors don’t work
Half wall between eating area and den, to replace the solid wall that is there now. Wall painted nice blue colour. Columns there if needed for structural integrity, but still feels open between rooms. Do this if we cannot take down the wall completely between den and breakfast nook.
White cabinets with wood shelves for den
White bookshelves with painted wall would look good in den, next to fireplace
Fireplace surround, would look good in front room with vaulted ceiling
