Castlewood
This is the rug - I’m thinking 6x9 and will put it about halfway under the bed.
Closet Chandeliers - I put them in order for what I liked best. Since the floor is grey, might want to do the darker grey shelving. I will send you options.
I really like this one. Are we going to go with the floating nightstands that you put in this ideabook with the brass too? If so, maybe okay to have this little hint of brass with it?
SJ: THIS ONE IS OUR FAVORITE. WILL IT BE BRIGHT ENOUGH? ALSO, THE ALL BLACK VERSION? A little added design with the metal accents
Is this what you were thinking? 100 lumens is equivalent to about 20 watts And this light is 659, so I am thinking it would be fine.
SJ: I like this one the best — not too high of rims and more squared corners.
Top mount sink
The wood option would look nice with the floors.
The wood option would look nice with the floors.

Mimic the look of the shower glass
A little added design with the metal accents
Like this shower wall/tile pan combo -- Yes, but with even bigger tiles, and less grout.
I like this floor with the dark cabinets.
This would be a great option for the floors - real marble with dark veining.
Tile accent - for shower niche and/or shower pan
Bathroom floor - color and pattern - This would be $$$ to install, lots of cuts. I think the black really pops more staying with white and not adding grey.
SJ: Let’s go with this one. $383

2 x $23.10
$28.12
What about something like this? I like the framed look, and this has the added benefit of the shelves? https://www.build.com/signature-hardware-946362-45/s1652492?uid=3914545#
SJ: I’m a little indifferent to the round or square. Prefer the slightly more delicate handles of the options provided (than the chunky/stubby). Care mostly about it having good pressure. Ideally multiple spay options on the mounted one. JB - this is the most cost-effective option if you are good with 2 wall valves, this wand and shower head.
Most of the medicine cabinets offer the lights.
This is the biggest size that could fit, and give you the most storage.
This valve will do all the functions needed: set temp, volume control, and diverter (wand to shower head). --JB this is the other option then you can select which Delta wand, and shower head. A little more pricey this direction.
SJ: This is probably my favorite. Like it to be not too delicate. And don’t like the X handles
I can double check the height, I believe they are 15"
SJ: I am really liking the aesthetic of this bathroom overall. I like the framed medicine cabinet mirror, sconces and the marble going up the wall with the in-wall faucets. Will just need to be mindful that the mirrors don’t become too high (I’m short), but overall like this direction. We can do the backsplash like this, and carry the counter material up the wall.
SJ: love this one!!! I like little pops of industrial/modern like this. 20" floating nightstand - JB - this is going to be too wide. I am having the Cabinet maker also quote to custom make them.
Here is a photo of the backlit wall mirrors
SJ: Backlit is nice, but not totally necessary. I do think I’d like to go with a large medicine cabinet mirror. Was looking at the counter space again and seeing how limited it will be, I think we will need the storage space. And I think I’d still like the scones. JB: I am concerned about storage too, we might want to entertain doing a portion of the vanity to the floor for storage. I will work with Ken on the design.
SJ: I like the simplicity of this one for the bedside, if we go with the more industrial floating nightstand.
SJ: this is my favorite of the flooring options. I love it placed herringbone but will you lose that visual with our smaller footprint. Great floor - 12x24 charcoal porcelain tile. JB: I think your floor is too small for 12x24 herringbone. I would do the smaller sheet style, and then 12x24 on the walls.
SJ: I love the large hex. I did the smaller hex in black on our guest bath floor b/c I cheaped out on the larger size! I’m not sure about black here again though - maybe okay, or what about a dark grey like the rectangular example? Dark floor, white walls JB: With the black trimmed glass I would not bring grey in.
SJ: we also have this in our guest back room. What walls were you thinking of tiling? White subway tile with dark grout - JB- the two shower walls
Retaining wall finish
