Welcome to my sink obsession! This model is larger than the one I had in mind. Here's the link to the one I was thinking of - oversized, double bowl, ledge sink. Not sure if two faucets would be needed (won't be surprised). https://www.creategoodsinks.com/collections/ledge-sinks/products/46-ledge-sink-double-bowl-reversible-5ld46c
Front door option
alternative to balister railing (if railing is needed/decided at all)
Wish list vs. must have - sunken firepit area? Open to input.
Like brick area combined with concrete - mixture of textures without being too all over the place
Plan/incorporate gravel area for firepit?
Another example of sun shade setup
Possible to prepare for sun shade on uncovered patio area?
Brick accents and edging to break up concrete
Another more streamlined fixed window plus transom option for LR/kitchen.
Another example of regular window plus transom for kitchen.
Wood top on island (raised portion only?)
Windows - white casing and black grills? Just another example - also keeping shades in mind as possible unobtrusive style
Possibility for one room ceiling accent (dining?) - just beams, no shiplap
Windows and trim - looks like some of the casing is in white, with black grills? Definitely can do without if major cost upgrade.
Fireplace example - offset with bench
Fixed window with transom for kitchen?
Windows for select areas (good double hung option)
Windows (for fixed window areas) and window trim.
Windows (for areas where we can do fixed) and cabinets
Columns, metal roofing accent, gas lantern, front door style
Like Brick (on right side); like overall feel (but likely would do shutters)
We don't want to get too fussy about mud room. Open to buying benches/shelves/etc. ourselves if need be to keep cost reasonable. This would address functionality of storage and "drop zone" for mail etc. though.
