Knowles WildRose House
a cupola would look nice with a goose weather vain on top. Maybe over the garage.
We also hop to be able to build a good size treehouse for our family to use. We had been thinking of a platform type build that puts the house portion to the side of the tree and have a coupe platform that goes up into the tree with play equipment underneath. We would just want a ladder not these type of stairs.
We want a single handle bathroom fixture in the Master for Age in Place purposes.
Might be fun to put a bit of something like this in the girls bathroom. Not anything too little girl wish but something that could grow with them.
We'd really like some sort of medallion in the front entrance if budget allows. It would look super nice.
I'd like the cooktop knobs to be on the top of the counter.
We'd like a wood burning firepit with built in seating
For latter
It would be nice to have a spot in the garage that the kids could use as an indoor jungle gym during the rainy season.
pantry ideas
We do like the idea of a few drawers and a small counter space.
We'd like open shelving for most of the pantry.
I really like the bookshelves on either side of the fireplace. The stone on the fireplace is nice. The fireplace has to have a mantel. I like the idea of lights the interior of the cabinets. I would prefer to have drawers under the bookcase though.
Maybe Tad could make a stainglass insert for this window and then we wouldn't have to pay the $1600 price tag and still get a unique fun window.
oval window somewhere please.
Tad really likes the idea of casement style windows.
I like the idea of a window seat in the family room.
windows in the kitchen. White kitchen cabinets except for island.
I'm not sure the girl's rooms are big enough but they have asked for a loft like space. It may not be in our budget.
window seat and bookcases
I like the window seat and bookcases
these would be sweet in the girls rooms
I'm not sure we need to define the sitting area with trim and what not but this size is about what we'd like, The ceiling is awfully nice. If we can swing it I'd love to see us do this.
This baseboard is awfully nice.
So, I LOVE this door. I'm not sure it's doable with our budget, It has an old world flair, the arched top and the bubbled glass.
We like the arched transom above the door and the nice side windows
This might be nice for the master, but with drawers under the sinks.
Some nooks to put showering stuff would be nice in both showers.
We need our shower to not have a step into it.
we'd prefer drawers but like the plug in in the pull out.
We'd like something along these lines for our master and the girls bathroom. Minus the super fancy crown molding.
We want to be able to store this kind of stuff away in a drawer. This would mean that the plug-ins would need to be in the drawer somewhere.
We'd like a generous seating area in our shower.
Eventually I'll need to use one of these when doing the laundry. We'd like the doors and laundry/ closet areas to be able to accommodate this with ease.
I love the folding area for this laundry room
We want a place to put a rolling cart for future use.
We'd like a mudroom type area between the garage entrance and the rest of the house.
I like this blue color
For workroom
or this style
This pull out ironing board would be nice to have in the laundry area.
I like the idea of having this set up in the work room. The girls could do their studies and we'd have lots of storage.
Something along these lines in quartz for the countertops
We want a gas stove top and wall oven.
My grandmother had one of these for her mixer. I like how easy it was to put the mixer away. It would need to be pretty sturdy to hold a mixer while it was running.
We don't want a viking but we do want the cooktop knobs to be on top of the counter.
