Like the style on a lot of different fronts - incorporation of the view, architectural style, etc. Lot pad obviously quite different.

Better integration of flooring and deck - probably hard to maintain, but beautiful
Open concept, but the design doesn’t really bring outside in; clear distinction between inside and outside vs. flowing outdoors

Bedroom - one of the challenges will be thinking of watching TV at night vs. full incorporation of the view and city night lights. Not sold on this idea (blocky) and maybe this is an area we solve with technology (drop down TV or custom built low slung unit where the TV comes up out of the unit)
Interesting treatment of TV vs. outdoor space - not sure I buy into that, but interesting for support/convenience
Bedroom opening onto common deck. Not a fan of the 'block' with the TV on other side
