GP: 2'x2' pavers surrounded by groundcover - NC really would prefer turf vs ground cover between pavers
GP: 2'x2' pavers surrounded by rock - I don’t think we have this anywhere but if we are keeping the west side pavers then great look!
GP: option of rock in between pavers
GP: Mutual Materials Vancouver Bay Gray - NC tough to tell colour. Will need to see sample

GP: horizontal galvanized wire could be made into a trellis and connected to the top of the front fence panels. NC - not a fan of the metal wire fencing look
GP: trellis added on to top of fence. Metal wire mesh framed with cedar. (your front fence would be lower, 4ft with perhaps 2ft of trellis) - NC - not a fan at all
GP: horizontal wood slat trellis attached to the top of the fence - NC we like it and would almost want just the top portion to be the slats (not where there is one thicker piece that runs across) if that makes sense
NC: railings
GP: thoughtful looking transition of the glass / metal railing to an area that is just metal. Will there be a railing along the basement area?
GP: railing and wood slat screen transition well
GP: glass railing and wood slat pony wall
NC: horizontal wood detail
GP: slat pony wall concept - NC we prefer this look for the pony wall!

GP: textural contrast with the addition of the boulder to the landscape - NC this is nice
GP: boulder cut into pathway - NC not sure it’s necessary - would rather the boulders are more in the garden bed
GP: uplighting trees - NC love it
GP: up lite trees - NC love it
GP: uplight slat pony wall - NC beautiful.
GP: recessed lighting under deck openings - NC we are wood slat covering the underside of deck - not sure I want to call attention to it
GP: stair tread lighting - NC if we can afford!! Yes :)
GP: Vista 4202 - NC not sure what I’m looking at - but don’t love this look
GP: Focus PL-17 - NC these are cool - black vs brown or silver is preferable
