Everything mirrored so that we each have similar, eg gliding shelves (or can share if cheaper, one long section, upper and lower hanging rods, garment hooks between sections, shelves (shoes) under and (storage) over. No need for extra expense of closed cabinets. Full length mirror on interior of pocket door.

Good basic set up overall. Need one or two narrow high rod section for long garments, and no drawers, just gliding shelving.
I like the back wall that offers sections with upper and lower rods plus one section with high rod for long garments. Shoe area across bottom. Shelving good in section as well as above hanging sections. Area for gliding shelves or drawers.

High shelf and shirt rod above as pictured. 2 sections of over and under (shirts/pants) and 2 narrow sections of one rod for long garments. Shelving across top. If room, possible area left open for small chest of drawers to place in closet. Shoe area as pictured on left.
