Totally different in terms of tile roof but very beautiful.
So this answers some of my concerns about mixing a colored painted window frame against the white window frames. Not sure it works for me.
See ceiling, white against the dark wood stain.
See for built in and storage below, drawers as I like. Could put in built in back support upholstered where this has just scattered pillows.

Nice to have spices at eye level and if they are one spice bottle deep all the better so you see what you get at the outset.

This is what I like regarding black with natural stain.

This evokes the colors that are nice rather than just white.

I see the black framed door and transom. But it is framed in white. Not sure about that.
Like the black contrast and the iron light fixtures.
See the color of the house? That is the dark teal, navy color I am interested in contrasted with the natural wood stain.
Is this what our house would look like with exterior black grills? But we are having doors framed out in black with black hardware.
Like the dark inside frame of windows and grills.
