Things to consider when planning a bathroom
Good ideas for working out what to get. I think we would ideally get two separate sinks, with the main one being a larger one for large pots/pans. But if we got a dishwasher, then we would probably only need one large one.
Some fantastic ideas :)
I love the number of hooks and baskets for the front door, and the welcoming bench.
Love storage ideas like this, so we don’t need to have things sitting on the bench
I love this idea of a recessed bench that runs the whole way from the shower to behind the vanity.
Love this idea, and how much space there is for the laundry, while being able to shut it all up when wanting to relax, or not needing to use the laundry
The softness and warmth in this room makes me feel like it would be somewhere I could use as a haven, to get away from life for a while.
For a rooftop garden, or vertical garden, to improve insulation
Tivok heat pump - allows heating of hot water from sunlight, then stores up to 24 hours
Ideas for sustainability
I love this for the front or back door area - a place for things to go!
I love the idea of an indoor courtyard, where Pip and I can retreat to relax, enjoy being outside but private
Love the idea of having a little room as a Nat-cave... where I can do my painting, sewing, crafting etc.
Even though this is all stone, it feels cosy and inviting
I love the idea of pop up power stations, both for charging devices and for kitchen appliances you don’t need all the time that could be used on the island
Love this idea of being able to create a slide out study desk at the kitchen table, then slide it back in when not needed
I love the small little bench - allowing kids to do homework supervised, or allowing kids to have their own size bench to help with dinner prep
I love being able to open this out and sit inside or outside when weather permits :)
I love that the dog can have its own space while still being near us
I love the idea of thinking outside the square, yet still having enough room on one side to sit drinks or flat things if you want
I love the comforting and inviting nature of this window seat - the soft cushion, the depth/width, the large window landscape
I like the width of this window seat
Great idea for a wall art with Emmy once she gets older
Idea of having clothing storage either side of the bed is a good one - reducing the need for more wardrobe space
Incorporate these ideas!
Having space for plants in the bathroom is awesome!
Quite like this scheme and the idea of having shelving where you can put heavy stuff on the top shelf, and then have plants and other things that matter less if they get wet on the lower shelves.
I love this idea for a study in a bedroom!
Great idea for a study! Can put books, spare linen sets etc whatever in the shelving, and have the windows for the view and breeze - but ha ing the set up like this wouldn’t work as staring into the light would hurt my eyes.
Love! A door that slides open to reveal the potting shed, with room for tools and a bench for potting :)
I love how it looks like solid recycled timber has been used, creating a forest sort of feel.
Ideally, a bookshelf that opened to reveal storage under the stairs would be done for our place.
I love all the pantry things being in jars that are the same shape, just different sizes. And being able to see everything g at a glance is great.
Love the wood paneling for the garage so it doesn’t seem like the house is all garage. And it looks pretty
I love this as a welcoming area, as it doesn’t look like it take up too much room
Love this for a children’s room
I love how this staircase appears to float - and any dirt would fall between the cracks and an,e to be vacuumed easily
I love the bath/shower idea - means you can do either, while not doubling up on space!
I love the feel of this - serene, luxurious, but simple at the same time. I could completely relax in here
Lots of great ideas for kitchen storage
Love this for both cookware and Tupperware!
Loved this at Jackie and Karen’s!
Great idea for corner storage!
Great for saving room, and allows easy access to the things at the back.
Love this idea as a charging point and for clearing bench space - but need to make sure the USB points were easily switched out as technology changes
Colour/texture palette - with wood incl
