Before & After Photos: San Marino, CA. Remodel
This is an "after" photo. The breakfast room has a hand-painted medallion on the ceiling above. This view shows the mid portion between the kitchen and family room. The breakfast area is to the left and a partial view of the bar to the right. The bar is situated below a two-story space and has a matching marble floor design that mimics the ceiling above. This whole section of the home was a new addition.
This is an "after" photo. The rear of this home is designed in Italian Renaissance. The family room is to the right with arched windows and French doors. The breakfast room is positioned in the bay section centered on the pool. The kitchen is to the left near the garage, and there is a guesthouse also centered on the pool. We designed and built the pool as a main feature for the yardscape. All our projects are design-build.
This is an "after" photo. The master bedroom has a floating closet, situated down from the ceiling, which provides an open feeling. The closet partly houses the TV. Black glass was used to blend the TV, and for ornamentation there is a beveled mirror above. Various moldings and wallpaper create a special exotic look and feel. There is also a hand-painted dome in the ceiling of this addition-remodel.
This is an "after" photo. In this picture you can see the opposite view of the home with the pool and guesthouse in the foreground. The columns are concrete in Tuscany design, and the trellis provides shade cover to the family room and breakfast room. The concrete is stamped with circular designs in a custom artistic pattern.
This is the "before" photo of the front exterior of the San Marino, CA. remodeled home. See the rest of the photos in this idea book for the "after" photos.
