Are we still trying to do a cast stone fireplace with how large the two fireplace built outs ended up being, or should we look at creative ways like this to cover those fireplace surrounds? We could do some kind of wall lighting or freestanding lighting like this on either side to fill the awkward sized space since a cabinet will not work there. Maybe with the larger doors we don’t need anything there. Just some thoughts :)
MASTER BEDROOM SITTING ROOM: furniture example __________________________ PERFECT FEEL! LOOKS COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING WHICH IS EXACTLY THE FEEL FOR THAT ROOM. Master bedroom sitting area furniture
MASTER BEDROOM: furniture example ___________________________I'm torn between this look and the one with the bench in front of it. Love both, either would make for ideal master and whichever we don't go with we can always make into the guest retreat/2nd master. THIS IS GORGEOUS, LOVE IT! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE HANGING CHANDELIERS VS TABLE LAMPS. IN FACT, YOU NAILED THE BEDROOM LOOKS OVERALL! ;) Dramatic. I love it!
MASTER BEDROOM: furniture look ___________________________Keep, love this and the first option with the hanging pendants. GORGEOUS! LOVE THE FEEL. Love this look. It's fresh, beautiful but very comfortable.
OUTDOOR: Furniture example __________________________NICE TABLE OPTION! Woven dining option for outside
OUTDOOR: Furniture example __________________________NICE LOOK! LOVE ANYTHING THAT IS LOW MAINTENANCE! Low teak seating option for outside. Very low maintenance and will last a long time.

STAIRCASE: overall look we like ___________________________This is incredible but again, not sure of the engineering involved with something like this.
STAIRCASE: overall look we like ___________________________BEAUTIFUL, LIKE FLOOR AS WELL. Iron, wood and glass option.
STAIRCASE: overall look we like ___________________________YES, LOVE THIS OVERALL LOOK! MINUS THE METAL CAP, ITS A GREAT REPRESENTATION OF RAILING AND WALL AND STAIRS! A glass railing, wood, iron combo against a stone ledger wall. This is a good visual of what it'll all look like together. I think the glass railing is enough, we don't need a metal cap on top of the rail.
STAIRCASE WALL/WINE WALL: example of ledger we like ___________________________Another example of a white ledger for the stair. The texture and simple color would work well.
STAIRCASE WALL/WINE WALL: example of tile we like __________________________LIKE THIS ONE ALOT! WE WOULD BE GREAT WITH EITHER THIS OR THE FOLLOWING EXAMPLE YOU HAVE USED BEFORE! A more refined, precise ledger option for the stair. This is a bit more modern.
STAIRCASE WALL/WINE WALL: example of tile we like __________________________GORGEOUS LOVE THE TEXTURE! Arctic ledger options for stair wall. I've used this before and can attest to the beautiful texture, especially when the light hits it. Would be dramatic.
GUEST OR MASTER BATHROOM: example of floating tub we like ___________________________LIKE ALL OF THESE THREE FLOATING TUB EXAMPLES. Floating tub in wet room example
GUEST BATHROOM: example of floating tub in wet room.
GUEST BATHROOM: we like these doors, perhaps we incorporate them in the guest bathroom. ___________________________THESE DOORS ARE VERY COOL! I LOVE THE LOOK. I love these black framed doors. Perhaps we incorporate them in the bathrooms if we need to take the design up a notch (depends on which tile we go with)
GUEST BATHROOM: example of floating tub in the wet room. ___________________________THIS IS VERY NICE. Wet room example, lots of marble, floating tub.
GUEST BATHROOM: example of stone wall we like ___________________________AGREE, ITS VERY NICE AND UNIQUE. LOVE this ribbed marble, I think this would be a perfect choice for the guest bath wet rooms
POWDER ROOM: palette example ___________________________LOVE THE SOFT PALETTE HERE. More powder room painted cement tiles.
GUEST BATHROOMS: example of painted tiles we like __________________________YES, THESE ARE SIMPLE BUT ELEGANT. 'm really liking painted cement tiles. I think it would make for a nice powder room choice. We'll want to create an interesting and beautiful jewel box.
DINING ROOM: furniture example ___________________________LOVE THIS LOOK AND TABLE! ACTUALLY LIKE ALL OF THE RUSTIC WOOD SORT OF LONG TABLES YOU PICTURED.
DINING ROOM: furniture example ___________________________AGREE! I'm proposing a long dining table with 5 to 6 chairs on each side, simple table, light chairs and we'll find a really show stopping chandelier.
FIREPLACE: example of cast stone surround we want to incorporate ___________________________ AGREE, HAS A NICE BEACHY FEEL. .Another cast stone fireplace, love.
FIREPLACE: example of cast stone surround we want to incorporate ___________________________YES, WE LIKE THE SIMPLICITY TOO, AND THE INTERIOR IS VERY NICE AS WELL. I love the simplicity of this fireplace. It's striking and would look amazing.
FIREPLACE: example of cast stone surround we want to incorporate ___________________________YES, WE LIKE THIS FIREPLACE LOOK AND CABINETS ALSO. MAYBE FOR THE DEN AREA? I like this fireplace, the cast stone is what I originally pitched to you. I like how we could flank cabinets/shelves on either side.
CEILING DETAIL:coffered ceiling example for Pat's office ___________________________THIS IS STfffUNNING! MAYBE vbOVER A SMALL AREA LIKE THE DINING TABLE OR AS AN ACCENT SOMEWHERE ESPECIALLY IF WE WENT WITH SIMPLE UNFINISHED WOOD BEAMS IN A SIMILAR COLOR ELSEWHERE. This ceiling is stunning. I could picture something this intricate if we go with a white wall and simple floor.
CEILING DETAIL: example of look we like for living/dining/den ___________________________YES, WE LIKE THE UNFINISHED WOOD BEAMS AS WELL! THIS COLOR IS VERY BEACHY. I like the unfinished beams
CEILING DETAIL: we like this look for the kitchen. ___________________________I THINK THE COFFERED CEILING WOULD LOOK GREAT MAYBE OVER THE DINING AREA OR KITCHEN? Coffered ceiling option.
CEILING DETAIL: another good example of rustic beams we like, although this example is darker than we'll go with. ___________________________***Keep for beam inspiration Another shot of the same living room. Notice the beams, white wall and two tone kitchen.

LIVING ROOM: furniture example ___________________________***Really love this, keep for reference. LOVE THE LOUVERED CABINET PIECES AND OVERALL LOOK TOO. IT IS A NICE BALANCE OF LIGHT AND DARK. This is an ideal look for the living room, I can picture this cabinet flanking the fireplace. I like the light palette with dark, heavy case pieces, it has an upscale tropical Hemmingway vibe. As you will notice, this is a recurring them to what I've put together.
LIIVING ROOM: furniture example ___________________________***Keep for reference, love it. YES, WE LKE THOSE UNIQUE TOUCHES TOO. THIS IS A GREAT LOOKING COFFEE TABLE. Zoom shot of the same living room. I love the Morrocan influence, very big into this look right now.
ARCHED DOORWAY: we would like to possibly incorporate these arches above the doors. ___________________________ ***Keep for reference YES, THE DOORWAY IS SUBTLE BUT UNIQUE, I LIKE IT TOO! Another picture of the previous living room. The palette and overall look are terrific. Notice the slight arch above the back doorway, I think this would be a nice element to introduce in the house. We need to find little ways like this to balance and enhance the open, modern look.
LIVING ROOM: furniture example ___________________________***Keep for reference AGREE, VERY PRETTY. I LIKE THE RUSTIC TOUCHES TOO. Love the furniture and ceiling. It represents the light and airy feeling I want to go with while having rustic touches in some of the case pieces.
LIVING ROOM: furniture example ___________________________***I love those bookcases so much I ended up putting a pair in my living room :) KENNETH, I LOVE THIS LOOK! ESPECIALLY THE INTERESTING SHELVING IN THE BACK. JUST BEAUTIFUL. This is a guesthouse project I did recently for a client which has the classic California Mediterranean vibe. Again, I think this general type of look would work well for the house.
SHOWERS: we want to incorporate rain showers throughout __________________________*** Absolutely, this goes for all showers in the house. Rainfall shower heads nice
LIVING ROOM BAR: possibly incorporate backlit onyx ___________________________*** I like the backlit wall and can see something like this in the house, perhaps using a white stone as opposed to the honey onyx, it'll feel more timeless. interesting backdrop for wine bar built in
DINING ROOM: lighting example ___________________________interesting feature over dining table
WINE CELLAR: example of the overall look we want incorporated. We'll want to change the finishes.
WINE CELLAR: example of the overall look we want incorporated. We'll want to change the finishes.
Are we still doing some kind of shelving like this in the den on either or one of the sides of the FP. I think the simple wood look of these shelves is kind of interesting.
