more simple, close together twin gables, on the south/RH side gable is large double gge with window/loft above, north/LH side gable is all living. entry in centre, to wall which runs from one end to the other and bedrooms mainly off east side of hallway, could fit 3 bedrooms (1 with ensuite) and a family bathroom here, and a bedroom on this western side with an ensuite, jutting out into entry porch, and internal kitchen facing out over family, (far east) dining (centre), lounge (far west)
or a tiny version of this with the garage door in the gable end and obviously driveway heading into it, and a path around side of gge to front door, up a few steps to front door and whole house on slightly higher level than gge. all living areas at north end, could be a couple bedrooms facing out west and a hallway up the centre of the house, kitchen internal backing onto the hallway, and facing out over all dining, family and lounge and outdoor living. could be a bedroom on western side aswell
v nice simple kitchen with bulkhead to rangehood only. change colour scheme to pale greys or even blue hues and not black island. shorten back wall and island and have oven towers either side of rangehood instead of underbench oven.
