Victorian Town House Loft Conversion
Loft dormer, ensuite shower room and interior remodelling
Rear and side dormers were added to the loft to create valuable height for the main room and shower.
Light fills the space through the installation of a generous Velux window and double sashes on the opposite elevation.
The room needed to fulfil a number of functions including study, guest accommodation and a daytime relaxation space for the owners.
Generous eaves storage, a TV nook under the eaves and zoning of the space meant all these aims were fulfilled.
The clean palette keeps the space fresh whilst accents of wood, colour and texture bring peace and interest to the space.
