Tudor Refresh

This Tudor home was in need of a refresh and a larger kitchen, Adding to the side of the home wasn't easy as it needed to look like it has always been there, By using existing brick that had been removed for the addition, we were able to use that on the wall that faced the street. Now it blends in perfectly. The kitchen was expanded and now had room for an island and a few cooks. Kitchen materials include: hardwood flooring, Dekton Aura countertops, painted shaker cabinets with a darker painted island, 3x6 DalTile subway tile, and light fixtures from Rejuvenation. The hall bathroom needed an update and storage. With such a tight space, a shallow depth cabinet and semi encaste sink was used. Marble hex tile from the Tile Bar was used on the floor with a black granite tile border. The upstairs was in need of a bathroom therefore the spare room was then turned into a 3/4 bathroom. The steep ceiling lines made it difficult to fit a bathroom, but with some good spatial design it fit. Materials include marble hex tile flooring from Tile Bar, Pental Quartz Misterio countertops, and large subway tile from Tile Bar was used in the shower. Photo credits go to: David Cohen
