Potrero Hill Backyard / Flora Grubb
On my first meeting with my clients they informed their unfinished home and garden would be photographed for Dwell magazine in the fall, a tall order with a lot of ways to go wrong. I thought about it and said, I'm not going to give them a "Dwell" garden, no mono plantings and hardscaping to death, they're a fun young couple who love color and texture so we built them a backyard of intense plantings, the result came out beyond our expectations, thanks Dwell for the inspiration!
