La cama se ha vestido con un cabecero tapizado y un juego doble de lámparas colgantes, un diseño de Jose Fornas para Aromas del Campo en oro envejecido y cristal estriado que aporta un toque minimalista, atemporal y delicado al conjunto del dormitorio.
En esta ocasión, y al igual que en las puertas correderas del recibidor, los listones de madera se han colocado en formato horizontal. “La madera alistonada ha ganado mucha popularidad en los últimos años, pero en la mayoría de casos colocada en vertical, así que decidimos colocarla en horizontal por un tema de originalidad y por diferenciarnos del resto de estudios”, explica Raquel Gonzalez.

Drawn Interior DesignSpace was at a premium in this 1930s bedroom refurbishment, so textured panelling was used to create a headboard no deeper than the skirting, while bespoke birch ply storage makes use of every last millimeter of space.
The circular cut-out handles take up no depth while relating to the geometry of the lamps and mirror.
Muted blues, & and plaster pink create a calming backdrop for the rich mustard carpet, brick zellige tiles and petrol velvet curtains.

It was very important that the home be warm, tailored and friendly while remaining functional to create an atmosphere for entertainment as well as resale. This was accomplished by using the same paint color throughout the 11,000 sq.ft home while each space conveyed a different feeling. We are proud to say that the house sold within 7 days on the market.

Haven Design and ConstructionThis 1960's San Antonio mid century modern bedroom features limestone flooring and steel ceiling beams. The original built-in walnut dresser is still intact. Our design team added the long upholstered wall bed to accentuate the linear bedroom. The walnut nightstands balance the wood on the original built-in dresser and layers of bedding and a geometric rug add warmth. Geometric wall art adds a modern touch.
