Montarse un despacho en casa es lo mejor que se puede hacer cuando las obligaciones no solo ocupan el horario laboral o cuando se ha tomado la decisión de trabajar desde casa. A veces es complicado imaginarse un espacio en nuestro hogar dedicado solo a los negocios, así como decidir qué lugar es el adecuado para establecer una oficina en casa. Pero muchas personas han conseguido un espacio de trabajo ideal que hace que las tareas sean más llevaderas. Qué necesitas saber si vas a montar un despacho en casa

Es importante que esté lo más aislado posible del resto de la vivienda para evitar distracciones. De todos modos, no siempre se dispone de una habitación extra y muchas veces, cuando colocamos una oficina en casa, lo que estamos haciendo en realidad es acondicionar un rincón del salón o del dormitorio.
    1. No te pases con la decoración: un estilo minimalista te ayudará a centrarte en tu trabajo y hará que no tardes mucho en encontrar lo que buscas.
    2. Coloca solo los muebles que de verdad necesitas: un escritorio, una silla, una cajonera y poco más.
    3. Aprovecha la luz natural todo lo que puedas: pero vigila por dónde entra. No es recomendable que la luz sea muy directa ni tenerla delante.
    4. Elige un elemento que te haga sentir bien y tenlo a la vista: en momentos de estrés, siempre es agradable recurrir a algo que traiga buenos recuerdos o motive.
    5. Pinta la pared de azul: según dicen, es el color qué más favorece la concentración.

¿Cómo decorar un despacho en casa?

Una buena idea para ahorrar en post-it, es colocar una pizarra en la que ir apuntando lo que necesites. Además, le dará un toque divertido a tu despacho particular. Coloca plantas para dar frescura al espacio y alguna figura que te inspire, pero que no distraiga. Los libros, fuente de conocimiento, siempre son una buena opción en la decoración de casi cualquier habitación. Piensa también en la iluminación. Es agradable tener un lámpara de mesa para crear un más ambiente acogedor en tu oficina. Por si fuera poco, te ayudará a diferenciar los espacios en tu hogar y te dará más sensación de estar en un sitio distinto. A otro nivel, tener un equipo de música cerca puede venirte bien para animarte en momentos de mucho trabajo o para crear un clima de concentración sin tener que usar el ordenador para nada más que trabajar.
