Breathe Design Studio
Completed in 2017, this single family home features matte black & brass finishes with hexagon motifs. We selected light oak floors to highlight the natural light throughout the modern home designed by architect Ryan Rodenberg. Joseph Builders were drawn to blue tones so we incorporated it through the navy wallpaper and tile accents to create continuity throughout the home, while also giving this pre-specified home a distinct identity.

Clearcut Construction, Inc.
A traditional kitchen with touches of the farmhouse and Mediterranean styles. We used cool, light tones adding pops of color and warmth with natural wood.
Simple Steps
This modern kitchen has a large format porcelain tile from the Carriere Du Kronos Collection. Its a great tile for the entire house. There are many colors and styles available.

This beautiful kitchen is perfect for friends and family to gather around, cook meals together, or to simply enjoy an afternoon of baking with the kids. The large central island has plenty of storage including a mixer lift, a microwave drawer, and trash/recycle bins. Easy maintenance and kid friendly with plenty of storage were on top of our list.

H. Bero Interiors
We said good-bye to an outdated 60's ranch home kitchen that was closed off and dark. By removing the wall between the kitchen and small eating area we were able to expand the footprint of the kitchen and create a large island with comfortable seating for four. The kitchen is now open to the living and dining room to create the open plan that works perfectly for our clients that love to entertain.
Classic Kitchens, Etc.
An open and airy kitchen remodel that invited the kitchen to be a part of the living space beyond its original enclosing walls. This spacious design features all new shaker style cabinets finished in the darker grey color, “Thunder”. Timeless and sturdy Quartz countertops, with a look that mimics carrara marble, were chosen, along with the porcelain 3x6 tile around the cabinetry, also mimicking carrara marble. The stylish cabinetry features two pull out cabinet inserts, one containing an elongated shelf for spices and such, the other with room for cooking utensils and a knife block, plus custom open shelving surrounding the window location. The sink was replaced, and relocated from under the window facing outside, to become the apron front, stainless steel sink, located inside the island between the living area and the kitchen, tying the two rooms together. In order to expand and open the kitchen, the two interior bearing walls were removed and replaced with a single flush mount beam, new posts and larger footings for weight support.

Designer’s Note: One of the main project goals was to develop a kitchen space that complimented the homes quality while blending elements of the new kitchen space with the homes eclectic materials.
Japanese Ash veneers were chosen for the main body of the kitchen for it's quite linear appeals. Quarter Sawn White Oak, in a natural finish, was chosen for the island to compliment the dark finished Quarter Sawn Oak floor that runs throughout this home.
The west end of the island, under the Walnut top, is a metal finished wood. This was to speak to the metal wrapped fireplace on the west end of the space.
A massive Walnut Log was sourced to create the 2.5" thick 72" long and 45" wide (at widest end) living edge top for an elevated seating area at the island. This was created from two pieces of solid Walnut, sliced and joined in a book-match configuration.
The homeowner loves the new space!!

The kitchen is kept simple, with a single wall for cooktop and ovens, and an island with main sink and seating for six. Soapstone countertops, metal lanterns and traditional white cabinetry assist the relaxed country feel.

This kitchen features a new island with walnut butcher block and a custom seat. We replaced the cooktop and double oven with a slide in range and hidden coffee/ microwave storage. A custom hood matches the countertop and floating shelves. New shaker doors are highlighted with champagne bronze hardware. The green and white cabinetry give the space a warm inviting feel. The custom walnut table blends with the island top and is highlighted by offset pendants.

Rudloff Custom Builders
In this transitional farmhouse in West Chester, PA, we renovated the kitchen and family room, and installed new flooring and custom millwork throughout the entire first floor. This chic tuxedo kitchen has white cabinetry, white quartz counters, a black island, soft gold/honed gold pulls and a French door wall oven. The family room’s built in shelving provides extra storage. The shiplap accent wall creates a focal point around the white Carrera marble surround fireplace. The first floor features 8-in reclaimed white oak flooring (which matches the open shelving in the kitchen!) that ties the main living areas together.
Rudloff Custom Builders has won Best of Houzz for Customer Service in 2014, 2015 2016 and 2017. We also were voted Best of Design in 2016, 2017 and 2018, which only 2% of professionals receive. A striking island occupies the center of a spacious kitchen in Bloomfield Hills. The HPL backed real wood veneer in Ebony Sabbiata from Tree Frog bridges the tonal distance between the walnut floors and all white cabinets and walls, creating harmony and visual balance. Full height backsplashes in shiny white are laid out in a windmill pattern, punctuated every so often with intricately designed accent squares. A combination of bold veining and delicate blooming on the Calacatta quartzite countertops contributes its subtle energy to the mix. The kitchen is separated into several independent vignettes, each one laid out symmetrically. The vast island with built in sink offers all the prep space a chef could need. The built in cooktop is centered directly behind to facilitate easy cooking, while an additional sink in the clean up area expedites after dinner chores. A walk-pantry and small home office are tucked in behind the refrigerator freezer wall. Multiple lighting details, including lighted cabinet interiors and a lighted display niche above the refrigerator, complete this stunning 2015 lake home.
