Amphora of type Beltrán whose production thinks that it dates back from the last years of the August period in the in the 1st century BC up to the first half of the 2nd century AD. His origin is fixed in many of the workshops of the coast Andalusia in the south of Spain in the current provinces of Huelva, Cadiz, Malaga and Granada, though his more abundant production was in Cadiz.
This type of amphorae was used to carry different types of fish products from different places like the liquamen excellens súmmum discovered in Almería.
