High Entry Step / Low driveway / Downspout Ice solution. Raise the driveway grade to reduce the current step up to a maximum of 7 inches. (With flags added this would become 8 inched.) Carve out a drainage channel in the center of the driveway. Filled with gravel interspersed with deep-rooting shrubs or capped loose-lay flagstone or with a tall, narrow, core-ten planter wall concealing a seep reservoir. Redirect all 3 downspout to the drainage feature at the center of the driveway. Irrigate the planting naturally.
Maybe we could get some stone in the project by just adding some on the ground to your service door instead of on the garage if too costly.
