Land & Water DesignThis project the home sat at the top of the hill with breathtaking views all around. The challenge was restrictions that dictated the placement of the pool a distance from the house. The final design was very pleasing with the swimming pool on the slope with these amazing views. A walkway leads from the side of the home to the pool gate. On entering the pool area, reveals a spa cascading into the pool, ample Techo-Bloc paver pool decking, and the valley laid out below. Bevins & Company Landscape/DesignThis pool was constructed with boulders found on site. It is next to a large ledge outcrop and is heavily planted with flowering shrubs and perennials. It features a waterfall and a grotto with seats under the waterfall. The clients requested a pool that appeared to have occurred naturally in the forest and they just built their house next to it.

CAVINESS LANDSCAPE DESIGN, INC.Massive faux rock grotto with multiple waterfalls that lead you into a swim-up bar inside the grotto. A dry entrance on the side of the grotto leads to the kitchen and restroom area, as well as to a private outdoor shower on the other side, accessible from the pool by swimming under a hidden entrance.
The grotto kitchen includes a wine refrigerator, outdoor refrigerator, outdoor dishwasher, a farmhouse apron sink and custom distressed doors for the entry.
The grotto restroom includes a custom faux rock sink base with copper bowl and faucet.

ING ConstructionAs seen within this section of the home remodel and pool addition to the back yard, we installed wood slat and a brick circumference to the pool, to create not only the ground work which surrounds the pool, but a beautiful addition to the wood slats as well as the pool house area in the back yard.
