We designed a bespoke lighting scheme for this super prime residential basement, transforming it into a stunning retreat of relaxation, wellness, and entertainment. The luxury basement is home to a swimming pool, a spa, a wine cellar, a cinema room, an entertainment and snooker room, and a gym; we considered different lighting techniques to illuminate each space accurately and connect the areas seamlessly.
Dragon CellarsA large room was conditioned to have racking on 2 walls and a special metal and wood lighted tasting counter with wood swivel stools in center. Racks are modern with light painted metal accompanied by various transparent acrylic pieces and cables. Wood elements include technical ceiling and lighted cigar humidor as well. Table legs were bolted to floor and base covered by wood planks. Seats are stowed underneath when not in use. Warm but clean and modern as well.

Hush HouseThe wine room of the addition features suspended wine racks on an exposed concrete wall, bathed in colored lighting. It is the finale to a creekside experience. A jewel at the end of a journey.

Vineyard Wine CellarsIn collaboration with a homeowner in Dallas, Texas, Vineyard Wine Cellars commissioned this one-of-a-kind acrylic racking system. A stunning use of space under the stairs, this wine cellar also features multi-color LED lighting. The glass enclosure and wine cellar refrigeration system ensure the ideal climate.
