Fire Damage Restoration
This job involved the near-complete demolition and reconstruction of a fairly new, very nice home. The home had been extensively remodeled prior to the fire. In the course of our work we reconfigured the floor plan quite a bit to open up the main living area and integrate the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one great space. The kitchen layout and finishes were completely reworked and updated, the bathrooms and other interior finishes were likewise altered, updated and modernized at the same time. Additionally, this home had particularly difficult-to-match exterior materials, which we were able to locate and match. This saved the owner a considerable amount of money that he was then able to use for other upgrades.
