Helen’s one bedroom apartment is incredibly tiny – just 55 square metres including a balcony - and yet she wants it to look and feel like a New York industrial style loft. The space needs to function as her home but also a holiday let and she’d like a study nook included in the new design. Adding to the many challenges facing the team, a deadline is looming as Helen’s booked an overseas trip for a few weeks time. This means the place needs to be ship shape by the time she packs to leave.
