Entry Statement
This picture is of an recent entry we updated for a client with a 50's split level. We added IPE - ironwood horizontals with a flat black background and set-off what appears to be a Vertical Deck and (with my Midwest roots at work)...a play off the "Corn Crib". We added reclaimed bolts from a bygone project to add a bit of an playful industrial texture. Our goal was to keep the Whole Entry Inviting while playing off the couples love for the beach. If you were to turn around you would be graced with a view of the Olympic Mountains hovering above the waters of the Puget Sound. The door was purchased at a 50% discount from my favorite door supplier in the Seattle Area...Frank's Lumber.
