Cottonwood Guest House
This unique guest house, located behind a beautiful Georgian home in Greenwood Village, was renovated to make way for an artist's studio. The stark exterior was given depth and scale through the use of new dormers, period details and the addition of a covered terrace. The connection to the main house was strengthened through the use of an organically shaped pool, spa, tennis court and landscape thereby creating a more integrated outdoor entertaining experience.
