Santa Barbara Home Design se ha añadido esto a Charming Santa Barbara Spanish Architecture 2 de noviembre de 2020

Spanish style open breezeway covered in a red tile roof (and framed in red Bougainvillea) captured my design attention this morning. An elegant design solution for entering a gated courtyard, guiding guests and family from front yard to front door. This two-story Spanish Mediterranean home in Beverly Hills, California is shared by MM Interiors of Los Angeles.

Santa Barbara Home Design se ha añadido esto a Spanish Style Outdoor Patios and Rooms 18 de agosto de 2016

Mary Ann, a talented Interior Designer based in Beverly Hills, California shares this photo of a high quality Spanish Home and front yard courtyard, in the same town... There are many things I admire within this image. I particularly like the covered loggia / "outdoor room" that is created between the iron gate entrance from the right... through to the front door on the left. The back wall has mirror and table, further creating an outdoor hall look and feel. I am also impressed with how the designer created large oversized concrete squares with stamped texture but more uniquely... stained to match the large terra cotta clay floor tiles behind it. This idea is a very successful design that allows "flow" of color tones from loggia in to the outdoor patio space. Nice job!
