BELMONT RESIDENCE
This California home was built on an undeveloped property in a WUI fire zone. Naturally, this posed a challenge to both meet stringent codes and achieve the design goals of the homeowner. The challenge was met. From the custom clerestory windows at the center of the 10-foot ceiling, all the way to the double hung windows filling out the single ground level, the house has a charming craftsman style.
